Updating a mandate

Fleets can ‘update’ their mandate via a button on the billing page of the fleet portal. This button will say "Update direct debit" if there's at least one mandate (regardless of the status being active, pending or inactive).

If there’s an active mandate and the customer clicksUpdate mandate, this will save a new mandate (i.e. it does not technically ‘update’ the current one). This will be treated as the new/correct mandate and the old one will no longer be used.
