Updating your direct debit details


You can easily update your automatic payment details. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "Billing" section.
  2. Click on the "Update direct debit" button in the top right corner.
  3. Enter the new details and save them.

Please note: The old details will remain on record but won't be used anymore. From the moment you update the details, the new information will be treated as the correct data.
